◊ PLAYxPLAY November featured the plays of Jahna Ferron-Smith. I directed RE: Happy Birthday alongside other the short works directed by Jake Beckhard and Raz Golden.
◊ PLAYxPLAY December featured the plays of Lily Houghton. I directed This Is Growth alongside other the short works directed by Tara Elliott, Bryn Herdrich, and Tatiana Pandiani.
◊ Assisted director Leigh Silverman on a two-week developmental workshop of Act 1 of Shaina Taub's Untitled Suffragist Project through The Public Theater.
◊ Developed my original piece, Conversations with ELIZA through a First Stage residency with The Drama League. I'm exploring the invention of the first chatterbot in 1964 at MIT and the dangers of technology that can mimic intimacy and understanding.

◊ Zipped down to Williamstown Theatre Festival to assist Rachel Chavkin for 5 days of development for the new musical Lempika starring Cynthia Erivo, Steven Pasquale, & Carmen Cusack; music by Matt Gould, book and lyrics by Carson Kreitzer.
◊ Small Mouth Sounds started off its National Tour in New Haven, Connecticut at Long Wharf Theater.
◊ Directed the solo performance piece Sorority Girl K888 by Kaela Mei-Shing Garvin for the American AF festival at the New Ohio.
JUNE + JULY 2017
◊ Exquisite Corpse Company brought Emily Zemba's On Loss and Mice and Monsters and Love back to where it started, as part of their Corpse Revival series inhabiting a house on Governor's Island.
◊ Continued development of Sofya Levitsky-Weitz's The Beauty Book in beautiful Maine as part of her artist residency with Barn Arts Collective.
◊ Had an incredible time as one of the directors at this year's Lincoln Center Directors Lab. For three weeks this summer, the Lab investigated "Making Theater in a Time of Change" with 66 directors from 30 countries.
◊ Received a Rough Draft Residency from The Drama League to continue development of On Loss and Mice and Monsters and Love with playwright Emily Zemba.
APRIL + MAY 2017
◊ Put on my Dramaturgy hat and jumped into rehearsal with The Associates for a workshop of their new show, Sweet Tooth.
◊ Rejoined forces with playwright Aeneas Sagar Hemphill to direct his Columbia MFA playwrighting thesis, Black Hollow at the Ford Studio Theater at the Signature Center.
◊ Contined development and directed the next iteration of Paige Goodloe's one woman show, Journey to the Center of a Black Hole, exploring both the far off cosmos and the intimate recesses of depression. •• Presented as part of Two of a Mind: A Night of Solo Performances at the Alchemical Theatre Laboratory.

◊ Directed the powerful play, Detroit by Lisa D'Amour at the IATI Underground Theater with Pigeonholed Theatre Company for their first official production!
◊ Had a wonderful, whirlwind of a process, continuing development of On the Ascent with playwright A.P. Andrews as part of his residency with Pipeline Theatre Company. We had two fantastic invited guest showings and the play is officially ready for take off.
◊ The Ambition team was at it again! We explored new songs, new characters, and new killing techniques (theatrical representation only, of course) in a 3-day developmental process.
